Overview

Partners with Finance Leaders and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior Finance IS Analyst builds and maintains the configuration of the Financial system, creates project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing and implementation of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manages the build and configuration of the Workday Financial System while providing Subject Matter Expertise to cross-functional teams.
• Manages projects/process improvement, including applying change management to facilitate movement to higher quality and efficiency.
• Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities; collaborates with customers and peers to accomplish project goals.
• Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy (requires leadership approval prior to implementation).
• Utilizes qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
• Conducts training, develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation; trains new system users.
• Provides production support for Workday and other Finance Systems, including researching and resolving problems and process flaws; performs scheduled activities; participates in release management; recommends solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements.
• Follows system governance and change control policies and procedures.
• Develops solutions to meet complex business needs using system guiding principles and develops reports to support business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $35.62 per hour - $61.27 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
