This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning, and HR. The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of more than 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

As a Workday Time Tracking/Absence Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:
  1. Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on a Workday implementation project.
  2. Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
  3. Research and resolve day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues.
  4. Work with clients to support the new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence in Workday.
  5. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  6. Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes in Workday.
  7. Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
  8. Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
  9. Manage small on and off-shore functional teams.
  10. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
  11. Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  12. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  13. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
  14. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  15. Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  16. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  17. Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:
  1. Workday Partner Certification.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
  4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.
Bonus points if you have:
  1. Experience in Canadian Payroll processing.
  2. Workday Canadian PATT experience.
  3. Strong US Payroll process knowledge.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes.
  5. Experience with Payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, (SAP), Ceridian, ADPeTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or Ultimate.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.

  8. Washington $78,500 to $201,300
