Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence Lead

We are Accenture, a global professional services company, seeking a Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence Lead to join our team. This individual will focus on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize finance, analytics, planning, and HR functions.

The role involves leading or supporting Workday Time Tracking/Absence workstreams, managing complex global projects, supporting client requirements, configuring Workday, and leading small teams. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading or supporting the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on Workday implementation projects.
  • Creating workplans for large engagements, managing risks, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Resolving Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues and supporting related processes.
  • Configuring Workday based on requirements and supporting legal and regulatory reporting.
  • Managing small teams and advising clients on industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Workday Partner Certification.
  • At least 3 years of consulting experience, including in a senior or similar role.
  • Experience in Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Canadian Payroll processing and Workday Canadian PATT.
  • Strong US Payroll knowledge and familiarity with payroll software.
