Overview

As a People & Culture Workday Analyst, you will participate as a highly skilled team member responsible for functional and technical support of Compassion International’s Workday HCM software. This covers Tier 1, 2 & 3 support and includes user administration, application support, reporting, upgrade management, user training and support, and establishing related practices and procedures to improve the accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency of related processes. You will process improvements to increase productivity and use of People & Culture systems and workflow processes, and generally conducts projects and tasks independently or participates as a team member for major, complex, or international undertakings.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintaining a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
  • Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.
  • Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
  • Ensures, through scheduled testing and maintenance, that Human Resources information systems are functioning properly for daily operational use including user administration, security, data integrity and reporting.
  • Develops robust, complex reports, anticipating user needs or responding to requests and using system reporting capability, as well as MS Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Creates and maintains processes and procedures compatible with Information Technology standards and requirements to support Human Resources technology applications including but not limited to user training, system recommendations, data integrity, data archiving, data security and user access.
  • Represents Human Resources to external vendors and assists with coordination, support and maintenance of HR third-party solutions. Leads medium sized projects and software implementations.
  • Collaborates with Information Technology to meet Human Resources needs to ensure consistency and understanding of policies and directives while ensuring Human Resources systems are compliant with internal and external service level agreements and federally mandated regulations.
  • Responds to and resolves complex system issues.
  • Develops, implements, and checks, processes and quality assurance measures to ensure outstanding accuracy of all Human Resources data.
  • The incumbent may coach and provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the HRIS discipline.
Qualifications
  • Seven years of relevant work experience.
  • Significant and well-rounded Workday HCM configuration and administration experience.
  • Agile methodology experience a plus.
  • Fluent (oral and written) in English.
  • Ability to work remote.
