Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking staff in a W2, full-time role. The position requires a HS Diploma or GED, and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).

You will work with children and families, interact with clients, and follow program requirements while adhering to safety and licensing standards. Compensation is up to $20 per hour, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months working with children.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions include long periods of standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing.
