Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is seeking individuals for a work-study/student position to support after-school or club activities at the Town of Wausau campus. The role involves guiding students, helping with homework, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

You must be an active student with at least 6 credits, and the job pays $14.00 per hour. This on-site role emphasizes safety, program delivery, and attendance tracking, with opportunities to develop mentoring and teamwork

Qualifications

Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
Please note that students are not permitted to work in Federal Work-Study positions during scheduled class times.
Detail oriented
Good communication skills
Able to prioritize tasks and be able to work in a team-oriented environment

Responsabilités

Effectively implement developmentally appropriate programs and activities that engage members in academic success.
Lead safety checks and report unsafe situations to the Site Director.
Lead academic programs and activities as outlined in program plans.
Support Club Members in homework and high yield learning activities.
Distribute and track program equipment.
