Job summary

Penn State University is seeking current Penn State-University Park students to work as Work Study Intramural Sports Officials for the 26-27 academic year.

Officiate intramural games across sports such as basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, softball, and turf hockey. Training will be provided; knowledge of sport and rules is preferred but not required. Applicants must be available to work nights and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Penn State-University Park student status required.
• Willingness to learn and follow sport rules and officiating guidelines.
• Training will be provided for each sport.

Responsibilities

• Officiate intramural sports in assigned sport area (basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, softball, turf hockey).
• Work night shifts and some weekend sessions.
• Positions available year-round; multiple sports/sessions can be chosen.
