Job summary

TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a Work Readiness Facilitator to deliver life skills, employment readiness, and financial empowerment training to individuals preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce.

You will lead group workshops, motivate participants, track attendance, and collaborate with employment services teams to help clients identify goals and overcome barriers to employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, facilitation, or workforce development experience.
• Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
