Job summary

Envision located in Glendale, AZ is seeking CRNAs to join their team. This position offers a starting base compensation of $260K with a potential increase after two years, and a generous start date bonus of $50K.

The role provides an excellent work-life balance with four 10-hour weekday shifts and no overnight calls. Additional benefits include an annual CME allowance, health and retirement options, as well as increased PTO based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for various cases including General, Neuro, and Orthopedic.
• Manage overtime and extra shifts as required.
• Participate in case coverage across diverse specialties.

Opportunity Highlights

Shift Schedule

• Four 10‑hour weekday shifts per week


• No weekends, no overnight call

• General, Neuro, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Bariatrics, Urology, Orthospine, Orthopedics Trauma, ENT/OMFS
