Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales career focused on financial-protection options. You will talk with people who requested help, coachable and supported by coaching staff, with a clear process to follow and guidance to succeed.

You will work from home, receive coaching from experienced leaders, and have a potential leadership path if you perform well. Interviews are conducted via Zoom and success depends on activity and results.

Qualifications

• Experience talking to clients is preferred.
• Comfortable on camera during calls and interviews.
• Able to work remotely with coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take conversations from warm leads, not cold lists.
• Explain benefit options in simple terms to clients.
• Assist clients in enrolling when appropriate.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm with prospects.
