Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join its growing team. This full-time, commission-only role lets you set your own schedule while helping families protect what matters most. You’ll receive training, licensing assistance, and access to leads to build your business.

No prior insurance experience is required. You will conduct virtual or phone-based appointments, explain coverage options, and guide clients through applications.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, coachable and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized and able to work independently and remotely.
• Professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to manage time and handle multiple leads and tasks.
• An insurance license is preferred, but not required; licensing assistance is provided.
