Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a remote customer-engagement role. You’ll work with warm leads who have requested information on financial-protection options, explain benefits clearly, help clients enroll when it’s a fit, and maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm.

This remote position includes coaching from experienced peers, a written process so you aren’t inventing the job, and a growth path into leadership for high performers who excel.
