Four Point Getaways is seeking a Remote Booking Agent for the Travel Dept. This position is fully remote and focuses on researching, planning, and booking trips to match client preferences, including coordinating flights, hotels, and activities.

No prior travel experience is required; full training will be provided. You will handle quotes, invoices, and documentation while staying updated on travel restrictions and industry best practices to ensure smooth journeys for clients.

Responsibilities

• Arrange trips for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings and more.
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons.
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
