This role covers performance optimization, security, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and ongoing technical improvements that support our e-commerce, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WordPress development and website administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the backend of the company's WordPress website.
• Develop, customize, and troubleshoot WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionality.
• Manage WooCommerce functionality, product pages, checkout processes, and payment integrations.
• Optimize website speed, security, and performance.
• Manage hosting environments, DNS records, SSL certificates, and domain settings.
• Manage and maintain the company's GoHighLevel CRM platform.
• Build and troubleshoot workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, surveys, and landing pages.
• Ensure website leads, purchases, and customer data properly sync with GoHighLevel.

This role is responsible for website development, performance optimization, security, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and ongoing technical improvements that support our e-commerce, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Manage and maintain the company's GoHighLevel CRM platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WordPress development and website administration experience.
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.
• Experience managing WooCommerce websites and e-commerce functionality.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
• Knowledge of workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, funnels, surveys, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience integrating GoHighLevel with WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, and third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing, SMS marketing, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel administration experience.
• Experience with Stripe payment integrations and subscription-based products.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEO implementation and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with server administration and cloud hosting environments.
