Prime Metal Buildings & Components is seeking a WordPress Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to build, maintain, and grow the company's online presence. The role combines front-end and back-end WordPress work with digital advertising strategy to drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate will develop custom WordPress functionality, optimize campaigns, and manage tracking tools to improve ROAS and audience targeting. Negotiable pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WordPress development experience
• WordPress theme and plugin development
• WooCommerce experience is a plus
• Google Ads certification preferred
• Experience with: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Conversion tracking, Display advertising, Remarketing, Geofencing platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with website performance optimization

SUMMARY: We're looking for a talented WordPress Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to help build, maintain, and grow our online presence. This role combines front-end and back-end WordPress development with digital advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building custom WordPress functionality and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.

Duties And Responsibilities

• WordPress Development
  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites
  • Build responsive, user-friendly pages and landing pages
  • Customize themes and plugins
  • Troubleshoot website issues and optimize performance
  • Integrate third‑party tools, CRMs, and APIs
  • Maintain website security, backups, and updates

  • Manage PPC budgets and optimize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Produce monthly reports with actionable insights
