We are a locally owned flooring company serving Boulder County and surrounding communities, and we are looking for installers who take pride in their craft, communicate professionally, and are willing to represent our brand at a high level in our customers’ homes.

This is a remote subcontractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.

Qualifications

• Proof of commercial general liability insurance.
• Proof of workers’ compensation insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• References or examples of prior carpet installation work.
• Confirmation that all crew members are legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Install residential carpet including wool, pattern, and high-end projects.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and communicate clearly with customers on site.
• Follow scope of work details and ask questions before problems arise.
• Represent Floor Coverings International professionally on every job.
