Closets By Design Minneapolis is seeking a woodworking professional to operate machinery and hand tools, understand product lines, and maintain quality and safety standards. Candidates should have problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role features a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or required overtime, along with health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Some prior woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
