Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in woodworking.
• Hands-on Lean manufacturing experience; certification preferred.
• Experience with CNC and automated equipment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 13 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes to improve efficiencies and throughput in production areas.
• Maintain plant layouts using AutoCAD.
• Work with managers to improve process flow and achieve production goals.
• Implement and train associates on Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Document standard work instructions.
