Job summary

Grand Rapids Carvers Inc. in Michigan is seeking a wood mill worker to join our production team. Responsibilities include handling parts, reading work instructions, and operating saws and sanding equipment to support on-the-floor manufacturing.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with experience, with a 40-hour week Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm and volunteer OT on Fridays as needed. Full benefits begin after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet for full shift.
• Experience in manufacturing facility.
• We will do on the job training.

Responsibilities

• Carry moderately heavy parts.

• Use chop saw, rip saw, drum sander, molder.
