Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Woodworker role based in Bethlehem, GA. The Woodworker will build and assemble custom cabinetry and wood components according to design specifications, shop drawings, and client requirements. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, operating power and hand tools, sanding and finishing surfaces, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout each project. The role also involves collaborating with designers and project managers, maintaining a safe and organized workshop, inspecting completed pieces for quality and fit, and occasionally assisting with installation or adjustments on job sites as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong Carpentry and Woodworking skills, including reading plans and working with various wood materials.
  • Proficiency in using Power Tools (e.g., table saws, routers, drills) safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using Hand Tools (e.g., chisels, planes, measuring tools) with precision and care.
  • Experience in Cabinetry construction, assembly, and installation for residential and commercial projects.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality craftsmanship, and ability to follow design specifications accurately.
  • Ability to lift, move, and work with heavy materials, and to stand for extended periods in a workshop environment.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and layout, and familiarity with shop safety practices and PPE use.
  • Previous experience in a woodworking or cabinetry shop; apprenticeship or vocational/technical training in carpentry or related field is a plus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
