Rogers Corporation is seeking a Woodstock Casting Helper for 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) in Woodstock, CT. The role supports casting lines, sets up and adjusts equipment, and performs routine checks with weight and thickness measurements.

The rate starts at $30.07 per hour with a 5% shift differential. Ideal candidates will contribute to a safe, efficient work environment, rotate between duties as needed, and report any unusual conditions promptly.

  • Detect unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties and report to operator or supervisor. Assist in maintaining/cleaning equipment and work areas. Rotate between duties as required.
