Job summary

AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. seeks a Woodshop Machine Operator to join our daytime manufacturing team in Glenshaw, PA. You will operate woodworking machinery, read blueprints and work orders, and finish wood components for commercial projects.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with growth opportunities based on performance. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, routers, and CNC equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and finishing wood components.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery (saws, planers, routers, sanders, CNC) to produce components.
• Read blueprints and work orders to guide manufacturing.
• Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood per specs.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety standards.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
