Job summary

Axiom Custom Products is seeking a Build Manager to lead our build teams and ensure custom projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to Axiom’s quality standards. This hands-on role requires coordinating with CNC, metal, finish, and manufacturing management while upholding craftsmanship.

You will review drawings, monitor budgets, implement process improvements, and train team members to foster a flexible, capable workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a custom fabrication, woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of woodworking and cabinetry; familiarity with CNC and metal fabrication
• Ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Calm and effective under pressure
• Comfortable balancing people, production, quality, schedule, and budget
• A hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to craftsmanship

Responsibilities

Axiom Custom Products is a custom designer and manufacturer serving the creative, events, retail, and construction industries. We combine digital manufacturing, skilled craftsmanship, and in-house capabilities to take projects from concept through installation.

We’re looking for a Build Manager to lead our build teams and ensure custom projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to Axiom’s quality standards.

What You’ll Own

• Lead, support, and develop build teams and team leads

Compensation & Benefits

$38–$42/hour DOE, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Roth options, 20 days PTO after year one, and paid holidays.
