Job summary

Premier Fence, LLC is seeking skilled individuals to join our shop as Wood & PVC Fence Fabricators. You will build and assemble custom and standard fence products for commercial and residential projects, using wood, PVC, and metal components. Training is provided for our fabrication processes and safety standards.

You will read specifications, measure accurately, and operate a range of hand and power tools. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality workmanship, and meeting daily production schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble wood, PVC, metal fence panels, gates, and related products.
• Measure, cut, drill, route, and assemble materials according to specifications and work orders.
• Safely operate saws, drills, routers, pneumatic tools, and other shop equipment.
• Read measurements, drawings, cut sheets, and production instructions.
• Inspect completed products to ensure proper measurements, appearance, and quality.
• Prepare completed products for staging and delivery to jobsites.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Assist with other shop and production responsibilities as needed.

Wood/PVC Fence Fabricator

Premier Fence, LLC is looking for skilled, dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Wood & PVC Fence Fabricators. If you enjoy working with your hands, building products, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, we want to hear from you.

Fence experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are interested in candidates with experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or other hands‑on trades. We will train the right person on our products and fabrication processes.

What You'll Do

As a Fence Fabricator, you will build and assemble custom and standard fence products in our shop for commercial and residential projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in woodworking, carpentry, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, assembly, or a related trade preferred.
• Fence fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new fabrication techniques and products.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening that includes Marijuana.
