Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math/reading skills are required.
• Good problem solving and safety practices are essential.

• Blueprint reading is a plus.
• Experience with CNC 5-axis routing and Mastercam is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Construct wood, metal, and plastic patterns and core boxes for manufacturing.
• Use hand and power tools to assist pattern construction and planning of new parts.
• Collaborate with master pattern makers to learn and improve woodworking skills.
• Assist in planning, routing, and quality checks within pattern shop.
