Job summary

Trustile Doors LLC is seeking a Wood Moulder Operator to set up, operate and monitor wood moulding equipment to produce high-quality components in line with production schedules.

You will verify material specifications, inspect finished parts, perform routine maintenance, and document work orders while adhering to safety policies. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or woodworking is a plus.
• Experience operating wood moulders or similar equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to read production specifications and work orders.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wood moulding machinery according to production requirements.
• Verify material specifications and ensure correct wood species and dimensions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to specs.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain production records and document work orders.
• Assist with material handling as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet goals.
