Job summary

Job&talent US is recruiting a Wood Mill Carpenter for a leading design and fabrication company in Madison Heights. The role requires a dependable, highly skilled individual to support a long-tenured department and contribute immediately.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with hourly pay between USD 20 and USD 22. Candidates should have 3–5 years of carpentry or wood-mill experience and a strong focus on quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of carpentry or wood-mill experience.
• Proficiency using wood saws, cutting tools, and building materials.
• Ability to read measurements and follow build specifications accurately.
• Commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Strong finish-carpentry skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with multiple wood types and specialty materials.
• Experience operating additional mill equipment beyond standard saws.
• Ability to read detailed blueprints or build drawings.

• Perform finish-carpentry-level work with precision and attention to detail.

Salary: USD20 - USD22 per hour
