Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with strong foundation in classic cooking methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and manage food costs, inventory, and production.
• Calm under pressure; lead by example and elevate team performance.
• Team-oriented; collaborate to solve challenges and achieve goals.
• Passionate about food and hospitality; eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth service during shifts.
• Mentor line cooks; maintain food quality and presentation.
• Manage prep work, inventory control, and orders.
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to meet daily goals.
• Promote the Noble Food & Pursuits mission and guest experience.
