Job summary

G.A. Richards Group is seeking a finishing associate to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. The role involves performing finishing work in a spray booth, color matching and color mixing to spec, and applying wood finishes, stains, colors and textures.

You will prepare surfaces by sanding, repairing and conditioning wood for priming, staining, painting and finishing. The position operates various sanding, wood cutting and drilling machines, with first shift hours listed in the job

Qualifications

• Experience in finishing work and prep for priming/painting.
• Ability to operate sanding, cutting and drilling machines.
• Ability to mix and match colors to production specs.

Responsibilities

• Performs finishing work within spray booth.

1st Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Summary

Under the supervision of the Finishing Manager, the incumbent is primarily responsible for ensuring that the customer’s quality and productivity standards are met
