Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean, stocked with supplies, and aligned with Life Time's standards of presentation. You will help maintain a welcoming environment and assist members with questions while supporting day-to-day facility operations.

The role emphasizes physical tasks, customer service, and adherence to safety and cleanliness guidelines to ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Life Time club.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
