Job summary

Diana Health, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations for its Arlington, TX network. You will guide clinical and administrative staff, oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance with HR support, and ensure alignment with Diana Health’s culture and patient-centered goals.

As the practice leader, you will drive workflows, standardize scheduling and billing processes, and collaborate across regions to meet performance metrics and patient experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or healthcare administration required.
• At least five years of outpatient practice management experience.
• Demonstrated program development capabilities with sound judgement.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proven ability to build and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite leadership of the practice team.
• Directly manage all clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and corrective actions with HR support.
• Model Diana Health values and serve as the face of Diana Health to staff and patients.
• Drive practice performance metrics and continuous workflow improvement.
• Lead daily huddles, monthly all-team meetings, and training sessions.
