Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Women’s Product Developer to lead end-to-end apparel development from concept through production. You will coordinate with Design, Costing, Technical Design, Materials and Product Merchandising to meet technical, cost, and quality standards, driving on-time production with global teams.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining detailed BOM and color specs across vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 5+ years in apparel.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end product development.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including design and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory development timelines with managers and Asia teams.
• Ensure data entry into Flex PLM and Material Chart.
• Review material and trim developments; relay approvals to teams.
• Build and maintain seasonal palettes and BOM alignment across vendors.
• Lead sample team filing for trims, fabrics and bulk production.
• Coordinate with designers to develop concepts to finished product.
