Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Watch Designer to help develop women’s watch concepts aligned with the brand aesthetic. The role partners with the VP Design and design team to drive seasonal collections and ensure high-quality execution.

The position requires a BFA or equivalent and 4–7 years of watch design experience, with strong sketching skills and proficiency in 2D/3D tools. This hybrid role is based in Paramus, NJ, offering opportunities to contribute to multiple brands within the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BFA or equivalent) required.
• 4–7 years of watch design experience.
• Excellent sketching/freehand rendering skills.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and brand DNA.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools (PS, AI, Rhino/Alias, SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP Design and team to apply seasonal concepts and color palettes.
• Conceptualize and design watch collections aligned with brand DNA.
• Maintain design integrity, quality, and timelines through the creative process.
• Create detailed spec packs under supervision of senior designers.
• Present concepts to internal partners and manage cross-functional communication.
