Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking a Women’s Tennis Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in coaching, recruiting, scheduling, and program operations. The role includes budget management, student-athlete mentoring, travel logistics, and coordination with technical software and internal departments to ensure a productive, compliant program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Successful coaching experience.
Successful recruiting of student-athletes committed to academic and athletic excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program including coaching, recruiting, event scheduling, and supervision of program personnel.
Manage budget and travel logistics, meals, equipment, and team operations.
Ensure compliance with NCAA and conference rules and foster a culture of respect and positive communication.
Collaborate with internal departments and mentor student-athletes and staff.
Uphold professional standards and positive relationships within the division and university.
