Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; yearly MVR review.
• Ability to perform physical field maintenance (lifting up to 50 pounds; outdoor work).
• Experience coaching women's softball at intercollegiate level.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with team leadership, training, scouting, scheduling, and recruiting.
• Instruct student-athletes on softball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
• Support scouting and development of practices and game plans.
• Ensure compliance with team, college, Sun Conference, and NAIA rules.
• Assist with field maintenance, equipment setup, and post-game breakdown.
• Coordinate with Facilities on mowing, irrigation, and larger repairs.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Represent the College positively in the community.
