Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Physical Education or a related field.
• 4-6 years of coaching and/or collegiate/professional playing experience.
• Current CPR/AED Certification by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Familiarity with NJCAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting student-athletes for participation in intercollegiate athletics.
• Conduct practice sessions to prepare student athletes for competition.
• Monitor academic and physical requirements for each student athlete.
• Enforce the District/college’s academic and athletic code of conduct.
