Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent member service. You will ensure the facility is spotless, stocked, and presented to Life Time standards, and assist members with questions about products and services.

The role emphasizes daily cleaning, towel handling, and locker room upkeep, with pay starting at $15.50 per hour and potentially rising to $18.50 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend and lift 20+ lbs.
• Willing to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• Able to perform daily cleaning and stocking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat.
• Monitor consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products and policies.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
