Job summary

Qualifications

• Health care specialty training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs functions to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction with service.
• Communicates changes in patients' conditions and onsite care team.
• Restocks department supplies as needed.
• Performs equipment checks and maintenance duties as appropriate to department.
• Assists in orienting and educating new staff.
• Performs clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Extracts data from the medical record and records as directed.
• Transcribes orders and schedules tests/procedures.
• Ensures patient arrival communication to the appropriate department.
