Job summary

Go Staffing is seeking a Spanish-speaking Women's Health NP/PA for a well-respected Chicago facility. This full-time role requires board-certified NP or PA credentials with 2–3+ years of Women's Health experience and Spanish proficiency.

The position is 100% outpatient, with about 2.3 patients per hour. Eligible for loan repayment through HRSA, CME, 26 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays, plus full benefits and a productivity bonus up to 19k.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with specialization in Women's Health.
• Minimum 2–3+ years of Women's Health NP/PA experience.
• Spanish language proficiency of at least 7/10.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic with 100% outpatient focus.
• Typical patient load of about 2.3 patients per hour.
