Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks experienced clinicians for Women’s Health roles in New Mexico. The team delivers care across adolescence through menopause, including prenatal/postpartum services and contraception. Positions require state licensure, advanced practice credentials, and strong documentation in EMR.

Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing with ANCC certification for NP role.
• Unrestricted license to practice in New Mexico as NP or CNM.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• 3+ years in Women’s Health preferred; new graduates considered.
• NAMS certification within 1 year of hire must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Function independently to full scope of practice in ambulatory settings.
• Obtain thorough medical histories and provide health assessments.
• Deliver prenatal and postpartum care co-managed with obstetricians.
• Provide contraceptive methods including IUDs and Nexplanon.
• Perform gynecological procedures within scope of practice.
• Review lab and imaging results and coordinate care.
• Refer, collaborate and consult with care teams as needed.
• Complete encounter billing with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Document thoroughly in EMR in a timely manner.
