Qualifications

• National NP certification or ability to obtain
• Unrestricted AZ NP licensure or ability to obtain
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain
• CPR, BLS, and NALS certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications and therapies; order/interpret diagnostic testing
• Provide pre- and post-natal care and family planning services
• Deliver well-woman visits and contraceptive care
