Job summary

Magnolia Women’s Health is seeking a Clinical Support professional to assist providers with patient care, order entry, and clerical tasks in an ambulatory setting. The role involves venipuncture, injections, EKGs, pulmonary function tests, and basic imaging with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, documenting procedures, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Prior experience in ambulatory care and EPIC EMR proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited Medical Assistant program and/or recognized certification.
• Practical Nursing program with valid state licensure (LPN).
• Ambulatory health care facility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR.
• HIPAA knowledge.
• CPR certification within first 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and order entry.
• Handle phone calls, clerical tasks and reporting.
• Support procedures and minor surgical tasks as directed.
• Take and process venipuncture, injections, and basic tests.
• Perform EKGs, breathing treatments, and basic procedures as qualified.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliant data handling.
