Join Syneos Health as a Women’s Health District Sales Manager in Dallas, TX, leading a team of sales representatives to meet ambitious business goals. You will participate in strategizing regional sales plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with client partners to ensure compliant program outcomes, with travel up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years first-line leadership experience.
• 7+ years life science sales experience.
• Women’s health experience is a plus.
• Experience launching products and leading teams.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, coach & mentor high performing teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning and cross-functional team management.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet travel demands - 70% time in field.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Women Health Sales Representatives to promote the customer’s product to targeted physicians and accounts to achieve specific business goals.
• Attract, coach, develop and retain individuals who will ensure high level performance and demonstrate strong capability in selling skills, account management and compliant customer engagement.
• Spend consistent time in the field conducting live visits with field reps. Provide real-time, constructive, and actionable feedback to continuously elevate sales capabilities, clinical/scientific knowledge, and execution.
• Participate in the formulation of sales strategies, interpret strategies and apply to business issues within the geographic area. Develop plans that effectively translate national and area strategy.
• Work with leadership to establish appropriate behaviors that will lead to sales growth acceleration.
• Establish and manage expense budgets; ensure appropriate return on investment.
• Collaborate with client partners to compliantly advance positive program outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing discussions and provide appropriate documentation to ensure compliance and adherence to program guidelines.
