Qualifications

• Current California clinician license is required.
• Furnishing license as applicable to NP.
• Board Certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS required for surgical sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform exams, treatment, education and counseling per agency protocols.
• Adhere to policies, charting, and ensure timely patient care.
• Document data accurately and manage referrals as needed.
• Assist with training and supervision of staff as requested.
• Take after-hours call when scheduled.
