Qualifications

• Must be flexible with days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong focus on delivering friendly, personalized service.
• Experience supporting sales goals and loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and guide shopping with warmth.

• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
