Valley Hope’s New Direction’s for families in Littleton, CO is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our residential treatment team. You will work under the Program Director, perform admissions assessments, monitor safety, and support patients and families.

The role requires CPR and QMAP certifications, at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and a valid driver’s license. Night shifts offer a $5.00 differential and compensation starts at $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• CPR certification is required.
• QMAP certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Performs admissions assessments and gathers patient history.
• Monitors safety and manages risk factors for patients.
• Facilitates group sessions and patient education.
• Completes clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinates with family members and external providers as needed.
