Qualifications

• Demonstrated prior experience in basketball, with the ability to coach, instruct, and provide constructive feedback to student-athletes.
• Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous collegiate participation and/or coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of practice planning, game preparation, and opponent scouting.
• Support scouting and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
• Teach, train, and evaluate student-athletes to support their athletic and academic development.
• Assist with evaluating and submitting Physical Education grades.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
