Job summary

FAM Brands is seeking a Product Developer for Women’s Sportswear to drive product development from concept to production across multiple brands. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, Merchandising, and global vendor teams in a fast-paced environment to manage calendars and ensure quality and color accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with Centric PLM and BOM management.

Qualifications

3+ years of apparel product development or production experience.
Strong understanding of the product development process from concept through production.
Experience with Centric PLM, BOM management, and product data maintenance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day product development activities across multiple brands, seasons, and vendor partners.
Track development milestones and ensure adherence to seasonal calendars.
Partner with Product Manager, Design and Merchandising teams throughout the development process.
Review lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and development submissions; communicate comments and approvals to vendors.
Evaluate color submissions and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Support development of prints, graphics, embellishments, washes, and specialty treatments.
Identify and resolve development, construction and quality issues.
