Alkegen, Buffalo NY, is seeking a Buyer to manage purchasing, demand planning and inventory for multiple categories. You will negotiate with suppliers, issue POs, and monitor delivery while coordinating with Operations, Finance, Receiving and Quality teams.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing purchasing, strong MS Office and MRP/ERP skills, and experience with domestic and international shipping and 3PLs. Safety and lean principles guide daily work at Alkegen.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, domestic receiving, and 3PL usage.

• Participate in TS16949 internal and external audits.
• Lead vendor onboarding for plant and corporate requirements.
• Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills; maintain confidential material.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
