Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Systems Coordinator in Georgia. The role focuses on maintaining system integrity, supporting Warehouse Management System operations, and assisting with setup and control.

Shift is 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, with hourly pay of $21.40. The ideal candidate will support end users with IT issues, assist with backups, recoveries, and software installation, and contribute to project development and site performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of WMS experience.
• Proficient in report writing – 1 to 2 years experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assisting end users with troubleshooting a variety of general IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
• Assists users with questions or problems.
• May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.
• Facilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sites performance systemically.
• Analyze system discrepancies; generation of reports as necessary.
